Not too sure about it’s name but it tastes good
375/12 fl ozs Milk.
1 good sized Banana.
1 tablespoon Honey.
1 Egg.
2-3 tablespoons Yoghurt.
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream.
2 ice cubes.
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix till smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Serves two.
